Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last updated: March 6, 2026

SiteWagon is operated by Goldenrock LLC (operating as SiteWagon). All payments are securely processed through authorized payment processors and online resellers, which provide buyer support and dispute resolution. This Refund Policy outlines our refund practices for subscription-based digital services (instant hosted websites) and is subject to applicable processor policies and consumer protection laws.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your SiteWagon dashboard or by contacting support@sitewagon.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — no pro-rated refunds unless required by law.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to paid features continues until the end of your current paid period.
  • No further charges will be applied unless you reactivate the subscription.
  • After the paid period expires, your account may downgrade to a free/limited tier (if available), and certain features, projects or data may become inaccessible or read-only.

Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund. See refund eligibility below.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Best Value

We stand behind SiteWagon. New subscriptions qualify for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date (or the date of any renewal for recurring charges).

If you're not satisfied, simply contact us within 14 days. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method used during checkout. Feedback is appreciated but not required.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time purchases of a paid plan.
  • Upgrades from a free tier to paid (within 14 days of upgrade).
  • Not applicable to renewals after the initial 14-day window or one-time setup/add-on fees once delivery has started.

Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, payments are generally non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly or annual subscription renewals.
  • Unused time or features.
  • Mid-billing-cycle downgrades or changes.

In exceptional cases we may consider a refund (at our sole discretion), such as:

  • Prolonged technical issues that rendered the service unusable and were not resolved by support within a reasonable time.
  • Other verifiable service failures preventing reasonable use.

Such refunds do not create any obligation for future cases.

Non-Refundable Items & Processor Protection

The following are non-refundable once delivery has begun:

  • One-time setup fees and add-ons (delivery is immediate upon payment).
  • Domain name registrations or transfers (if applicable).
  • Third-party services or tools billed on your behalf.

All payments are processed securely via authorized payment processors. Buyer protection may apply where eligible under the processor's terms. For refunds, contact us first and we will coordinate with the applicable processor if needed.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts without reason.

For digital services with immediate delivery (instant website launch), you expressly consent during checkout to immediate performance and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal once delivery begins (as permitted by law).

To exercise withdrawal (if applicable), contact support within 14 days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@sitewagon.com with:

  • 1Your full name and account email.
  • 2Plan purchased and date of purchase.
  • 3Whether requesting under the 14-day guarantee or another reason.
  • 4Any supporting details (e.g. technical issues).

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment processor and your bank (typically 3–10 business days).

Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method unless required by law or the payment processor.
