This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund for purchases made on or through SiteWagon. Because we provide a subscription-based, digital service, refunds are limited to the specific situations described below and may be subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

1Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your SiteWagon subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

When you cancel:

  • Your access to Premium features will continue until the end of the paid period you have already been charged for.
  • Your subscription will not be renewed, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate or purchase a new subscription.
  • After the paid period ends, your account may be automatically downgraded to a free or limited tier (if available), and some features, projects, or data may become read-only or inaccessible.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund. Refund eligibility is described in the sections below.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with SiteWagon. For new subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of your initial purchase for that specific plan.

If, within those 14 days, you decide that SiteWagon is not right for you, you may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment. While we might ask for feedback to improve our services, your refund is not conditional on providing a reason.

This guarantee generally applies only to:

  • First-time purchases of a paid SiteWagon subscription plan; and
  • Upgrades from a free tier to a paid tier, provided the request is made within 14 days of the upgrade date.

3Refund Eligibility After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day window has passed, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription renewals;
  • Annual or multi-month subscription renewals;
  • Charges for unused time or features;
  • Downgrades performed in the middle of a billing period.

In rare cases, we may consider a partial or full refund outside the 14-day period, for example:

  • If SiteWagon experienced a prolonged technical issue that made the service unusable for you; and
  • Our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe after you contacted us.

Any such refunds are granted solely at our discretion and do not create an obligation to provide similar refunds in the future.

4Free Trials, Plan Changes & Non-Refundable Items

Certain promotions or features may be offered as free trials or time-limited access. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • If you do not cancel before the end of a free trial, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan, and the first charge may not be refundable outside the 14-day guarantee.
  • When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the change typically takes effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, as indicated during checkout.

Some items are generally non-refundable once delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Custom one-time services (e.g. bespoke development or setup work);
  • Domain name registrations or transfers, if offered through SiteWagon;
  • Third-party services or add-ons billed through SiteWagon on your behalf.

Details of any exceptions or special conditions will be shown at the time of purchase, if applicable.

5EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that for digital services that start immediately after purchase, local laws may allow you to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once full digital delivery has begun. Where required, we will ask for this consent during checkout.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (where applicable), contact us within 14 days of your purchase and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will inform you of any additional information we may need to process your request.

6How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team using the email address associated with your SiteWagon account. Including the following information will help us process your request faster:

  • 2The plan you purchased and the date of purchase;
  • 3Whether you are requesting a refund under the 14-day guarantee or another reason;
  • 4Any relevant details about technical issues (if applicable).

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. The timing of when the funds become available depends on your bank or payment provider.

We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one originally used for the transaction, unless required by law or by our payment processor.
